As the Blue Monarch Case Manager, you will provide support for our Program Director and case management for the families we serve. As the Blue Monarch Resident Case Manager, you will provide support for our Program Director, assistance for our Resident Coordinator, and on-site case management for the families we serve. This position requires living on-site with housing and utilities included.
Areas of responsibility include providing case management for residents in our WINGS Transitional Program for graduates, monitoring WINGS resident activities and responsibilities, enforcing rules and regulations, assisting with transportation when needed, assisting in custody and visitation issues for residents, providing life skills support for graduates as they transition, overseeing occasional after hour and weekend activities, and sharing after hours responsibilities with Resident Coordinator.

As the Administrative Director, you will serve the vital role of managing all financial records for Blue Monarch, Inc., the non-profit, and Blue Monarch Products, LLC, a separate business owned by Blue Monarch, Inc. This person will also be responsible for a variety of administrative duties regarding the protection and management of all Blue Monarch resources.
